Bookings, Cancellations & Booking Changes
We know plans can sometimes change. Our booking policy helps us manage class sizes, staffing and instructor costs fairly, while keeping our sessions sustainable and running smoothly. Please take a moment to read the information below before booking.
All sessions must be booked in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place, and your booking applies to the specific class, course, workshop or event selected.
Please check that you have chosen the correct class, date and time before completing your booking.
When sessions are purchased as part of a term or block booking, your place is reserved for the duration of that booking.
If you miss a session, it cannot be refunded, credited, carried forward or made up during another session or future term.
If you know you cannot attend one of your booked sessions, you may be able to transfer your place to a suitable friend or family member — see If You Can't Attend / Transfer Your Place below.
Bookings are non-refundable and cannot normally be moved to another class, date or session.
However, if you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your booked place to a friend or family member, provided:
• Nottingham Circus Arts is notified before the session begins.
• The replacement participant meets the age, experience and any prerequisite requirements for the session.
• All required registration, emergency contact, medical information and consent forms are completed before the session begins.
We reserve the right to refuse attendance where these requirements have not been met or where the replacement participant is not suitable for the session booked.
Booked the wrong session by mistake? Please contact us within 24 hours of making your booking.
Where the booked session is still more than 24 hours away, we'll help you change your booking where possible.
If the replacement session costs more, the difference must be paid before the change is confirmed. If it costs less, the remaining balance will be issued as a Nottingham Circus Arts credit voucher.
Cash refunds aren't available for booking errors, and only one booking change can be made per booking.
We're committed to running all advertised classes, workshops and events wherever possible.
Occasionally, exceptional circumstances may mean we need to cancel or reschedule a session. This could include instructor illness where suitable cover cannot be arranged, venue issues, health and safety concerns, severe weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If Nottingham Circus Arts cancels a session, affected students will be offered one of the following:
• An alternative session, where available
• A Nottingham Circus Arts credit voucher
• A full refund
Please arrive in good time for your session.
If you arrive after the session has started, participation will be at the instructor's discretion. This will depend on how far the session has progressed and whether it is safe and appropriate for you to join.
If you're unable to participate because you've arrived late, we cannot offer a refund, credit or alternative session.
If you're making a booking on behalf of somebody else, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
This includes participant details, emergency contacts, medical information and required consent forms.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. Where you have a legal right to a refund, cancellation or other remedy, those rights will apply.
Safeguarding, Equality & Inclusion
Creating a safe, supportive and welcoming circus environment is at the heart of what we do. We take our safeguarding responsibilities seriously and want every child, young person and adult who trains with us to feel respected, valued and able to enjoy circus safely.
The welfare and safety of our students is paramount. Nottingham Circus Arts is committed to providing a safe, respectful and supportive environment for children, young people and adults at risk.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. We take concerns seriously, maintain appropriate professional boundaries and expect everyone working on our behalf to follow our safeguarding procedures and safer-working practices.
Relevant staff working with children are required to hold appropriate DBS checks, and we use safer recruitment and deployment practices appropriate to our activities.
Our activities are appropriately risk assessed, and safeguarding arrangements take account of the nature of each activity, the age and needs of participants, the environment, supervision and the experience and suitability of the instructor.
If you have a concern about the safety or welfare of a child, young person or adult at risk while participating in Nottingham Circus Arts activities, please raise it with us as soon as possible.

Circus is for everyone. We welcome participants from different backgrounds and aim to create an environment where people feel valued, respected and able to belong.
Nottingham Circus Arts does not tolerate unlawful discrimination, bullying, harassment, abusive behaviour or intimidation.
We encourage respectful language and behaviour throughout our community and take concerns about discrimination, bullying or exclusion seriously.
We recognise that everyone learns and participates differently. Where a participant has a disability, SEND, medical need or other individual requirement, we will consider reasonable adjustments wherever practicable to support safe and meaningful participation.
Please provide relevant information when completing your participant details and speak to us if there is anything you think would help us support you or your child.
Because circus activities vary in their physical, sensory and supervision requirements, adjustments will always be considered individually and with safety in mind.
We use photographs and video to celebrate our students, share the work of Nottingham Circus Arts and promote our activities, but we will always work within our consent arrangements.
Photography and filming permissions are collected as part of participant registration, and those choices are respected. Participants who do not have appropriate consent will not intentionally be photographed or filmed for promotional use.
Staff must follow our safeguarding and online-safety expectations when creating or sharing media involving children and young people.
Circus is a practical and physical activity, and appropriate physical contact may sometimes be necessary for instruction, spotting, positioning or safety. Where this is required, instructors are expected to explain what they are doing, use appropriate professional contact and respect participant boundaries.
Participants must not spot, physically assist or supervise another participant unless specifically instructed and authorised to do so as part of a coached activity.
Staff and instructors are expected to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with children and young people, including in person, through messaging and on social media.
Some older or more advanced young people may, where appropriate, be invited or authorised to participate in specialist sessions outside their usual age programme. This is considered individually, taking account of factors including age, maturity, ability, the nature of the session, instructor suitability and safeguarding requirements.
Health, Safety & Participation
Circus is exciting, challenging and physical. We take safety seriously and work hard to create an environment where students can explore, learn and progress with appropriate instruction, equipment and supervision.
Circus and aerial activities involve physical activity and, like all physical activities, carry an inherent risk of injury.
Nottingham Circus Arts takes reasonable steps to manage these risks through appropriate instruction, supervision, equipment, risk assessment and safe working practices.
Participants are expected to follow instructor guidance, use equipment only as directed and take part within their current ability and experience.
It is important that we have accurate and up-to-date information about anything that may affect safe participation.
When registering, participants or their parent/carer should tell us about relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medication, disabilities, SEND or other needs that may affect participation or require additional support.
Please let us know if this information changes.
If you are unsure whether you or your child should participate following an injury, illness or medical change, please seek appropriate medical advice before attending.
Participants must follow instructor instructions and should not attempt skills, use equipment or work at a height beyond what has been approved by their instructor.
Circus equipment should only be used in the way demonstrated or authorised by Nottingham Circus Arts staff.
Instructors may adapt, restrict or stop an activity where they believe this is necessary for the safety of the participant or others.
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity and the circus discipline you are attending.
Jewellery, watches or other items may need to be removed where they could catch on equipment or create a safety risk. Long hair should be secured where appropriate.
Your instructor may ask you to remove or change anything they consider unsuitable for safe participation.
Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the participant, so please avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to sessions.
Despite careful planning and supervision, accidents and injuries can sometimes occur during physical activity.
Appropriate first aid will be provided where required, and relevant accidents or incidents will be recorded in accordance with our procedures.
Parents/carers or emergency contacts may be contacted where appropriate. In an emergency, Nottingham Circus Arts will prioritise the participant's immediate safety and seek emergency medical assistance where necessary.
Complaints, Concerns & Feedback
We want everyone to have a positive experience with Nottingham Circus Arts. If something hasn't gone as expected, or you have a concern about any aspect of our activities, please tell us so that we have the opportunity to understand what has happened and respond appropriately.
If you have a concern or complaint about a class, booking, member of staff or your experience with Nottingham Circus Arts, please contact us with as much relevant information as possible.
We will listen to your concerns, consider the information available and aim to respond fairly and appropriately.
Wherever possible, we encourage concerns to be raised promptly so that they can be looked into while the circumstances are still clear.
Concerns involving the safety or welfare of a child, young person or adult at risk are treated as safeguarding matters and should be raised as soon as possible.

Safeguarding concerns will be handled in accordance with our safeguarding procedures. If somebody is in immediate danger or requires urgent medical assistance, contact the emergency services.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and pay the required annual data protection fee.

We aim to collect only information that is relevant and reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is being used.
We use personal information where necessary to operate Nottingham Circus Arts and provide our services safely and effectively. This includes managing bookings and payments, administering classes and activities, communicating with participants and families, maintaining attendance and participation records, responding to enquiries and providing appropriate customer support.
We also use information where necessary to support the health, safety and welfare of participants, respond appropriately in an emergency, meet safeguarding responsibilities, make reasonable adjustments and provide appropriate support.
Under UK data protection law, organisations must have a lawful basis for using personal information. Depending on the circumstances, Nottingham Circus Arts may process information because it is necessary to perform a contract with you, comply with a legal obligation, pursue our legitimate interests, protect someone’s vital interests, or because you have given consent.
Where we process information that receives additional protection under data protection law, including certain health information, we will only do so where an appropriate lawful basis and additional legal condition applies.
We do not use personal information for purposes that are incompatible with the reason it was collected.
A significant part of Nottingham Circus Arts’ work involves children and young people, so we take particular care when collecting and using their personal information.
When a child or young person participates in our activities, we may collect information from their parent orlegal guardian as well as information relating directly to the participant. This may include their name, date of birth, contact details, emergency contacts, authorised collection information, attendance records and information needed to support their participation, safety and welfare.
We use this information to administer their booking and participation, communicate with parents or legal guardians, provide appropriate instruction and support, maintain safeguarding and attendance records, and respond appropriately should an emergency or welfare concern arise.
We aim to explain the use of personal information in a way that is appropriate and understandable and recognise that children and young people have their own data protection rights.
Information about children and young people is only accessed by those who reasonably need it for their role and is not used for unrelated purposes.
To help people participate safely and receive appropriate support, we may ask for relevant information about medical conditions, allergies, medication, disabilities, injuries, SEND, learning needs or other circumstances that may affect participation.
This information can help our instructors understand individual needs, make appropriate adjustments, plan activities safely and respond appropriately in an emergency.
Health information receives additional protection under UK data protection law. We only collect and use this information where there is an appropriate lawful basis and condition for processing it, and access is limited to those who reasonably need the information for safety, welfare, administration or another legitimate purpose.
Participants and parents or legal guardians should let us know if relevant information changes so that the information we hold remains accurate and our team can provide appropriate support.
Photographs and video may be taken during Nottingham Circus Arts classes, activities, performances and events where the appropriate permission has been obtained.
We use separate photography and video permissions so that participants, or parents and legal guardians where appropriate, can make choices about how images may be used. Permission for one type of use does not automatically mean permission has been given for another.
Depending on the permission provided, images or video may be used for purposes such as celebrating participation and achievements, Nottingham Circus Arts publications and displays, our website, or our social media and promotional communications.
Where we rely on consent, permission can be withdrawn for future use by contacting us. Withdrawal will not make previous use unlawful, and we may not always be able to remove material that has already been printed, distributed or legitimately published before permission was withdrawn.
We will take reasonable steps to respect photography and video preferences and maintain records of the permissions provided.
CCTV operates within Nottingham Circus Arts premises for the purposes of safety, security, safeguarding and the prevention and investigation of incidents.
CCTV may record participants, parents and carers, visitors, staff and other people entering or using the premises.
CCTV footage is not used for general promotional or marketing purposes. Access to recordings is restricted to authorised individuals and footage will only be viewed or shared where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where required for safeguarding, security, incident investigation, insurance or legal purposes.
CCTV recordings are normally retained for up to 30 days, after which they are automatically overwritten or deleted. Footage may be retained for longer where it is required in connection with an incident, safeguarding concern, insurance matter, legal requirement or other legitimate investigation.
Appropriate CCTV signage is displayed at the premises to inform visitors that recording is taking place.
We use online systems to manage bookings, customer accounts, registrations and payments.
Our website and booking services are provided through Wix, and payment transactions may be processed through Stripe or other payment services made available through our booking system.
When you make a booking or payment, relevant personal information may be processed by these providers so that your booking can be completed, payment can be securely processed and appropriate transaction records can be maintained.
Nottingham Circus Arts does not need to receive or store your full payment card details where these are processed securely by our payment provider.
These third-party providers process information in accordance with their own privacy and security arrangements. We only use information received through these systems where necessary to manage our services, bookings, accounts, payments and related administration.
We use email to provide information connected with bookings, classes, activities and other services you have requested.
We may also send news, updates, offers and information about upcoming Nottingham Circus Arts classes, workshops and events where we have an appropriate lawful basis to do so.
We currently use Mailchimp for some email marketing communications and may also use Wix communication and marketing tools as our website and systems develop.
Where marketing communications require your consent, you can choose whether to receive them and can withdraw that consent at any time. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option where required.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending essential service communications relating to bookings, payments, changes to sessions, safety or other information necessary to provide something you have booked or requested.
We do not sell personal information.
We may share or provide access to personal information where this is reasonably necessary to operate Nottingham Circus Arts, provide our services or meet our legal and safeguarding responsibilities.
This may include relevant Nottingham Circus Arts instructors and authorised team members, and trusted service providers that support our website, bookings, payments, communications, IT and administration, including Wix, Stripe and Mailchimp where applicable.
Information may also be shared with professional advisers, insurers, emergency services, safeguarding authorities, regulators, law enforcement or other appropriate organisations where this is necessary or required by law.
Where information needs to be shared for safety, safeguarding or participation purposes, we aim to share only what is reasonably necessary with those who need to know it.
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including where information needs to be retained to meet legal, accounting, safeguarding, insurance or regulatory requirements.
Different types of information may therefore be kept for different periods. When deciding how long information should be retained, we consider why it was collected, whether it is still needed, the nature and sensitivity of the information and any legal or operational requirements that apply.
Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted, destroyed or anonymised where appropriate.
CCTV recordings are normally retained for up to 30 days, unless footage needs to be preserved for longer in connection with an incident, safeguarding concern, insurance matter, legal requirement or other legitimate investigation.
We periodically review the information we hold and our retention arrangements.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
Access to personal information is limited to people who reasonably need it for their role. More sensitive information, including medical, safeguarding and welfare information, is handled with additional care and access is restricted where appropriate.
We use reputable service providers for functions such as website services, bookings, payments and communications, and take reasonable steps to ensure personal information is handled appropriately.
No method of storing or transmitting information can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we regularly consider the information we hold and the measures needed to protect it.
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights over your personal information. These may include the right to:

• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Ask us to delete personal information in certain circumstances

Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply when you book, purchase or participate in activities provided by Nottingham Circus Arts. They are designed to make our responsibilities and yours clear, while helping us provide a safe, fair and enjoyable environment for everyone.
By completing a booking, you agree to the terms that apply to the service you have purchased. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Nottingham Circus Arts provides circus classes, courses, workshops, private tuition, events and other related activities for children, young people and adults.
References to “Nottingham Circus Arts”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms & Conditions mean Tuyo Circus Arts Ltd trading as Nottingham Circus Arts.
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once the booking process has been completed and the required payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed with Nottingham Circus Arts.
Prices and the details of the class, course, workshop, event or other activity will be displayed at the time of booking. Please check the activity, participant requirements, date, time and price carefully before completing your purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available through our booking system unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed with us.
Your booking is subject to our Bookings, Cancellations & Booking Changes Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
If there is an obvious pricing or listing error, please contact us. Where we identify an error before the relevant service has been provided, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to resolve it fairly and in accordance with your statutory rights.
The person completing a booking must be legally able to enter into the booking agreement and is responsible for providing accurate information.
Where a booking is made for a child or young person, it must be completed by, or with the appropriate involvement of, their parent or carer.
Some activities have age, experience, ability or other participation requirements. These will be stated where applicable, and it is the responsibility of the person making the booking to select an appropriate session.
Nottingham Circus Arts may refuse or restrict participation where a participant does not meet the requirements of the activity or where we reasonably believe participation would be unsafe or inappropriate.
Where we can reasonably adapt an activity or provide appropriate support, we will consider individual needs in line with our safeguarding, equality and participation policies.
Circus is a physical activity and participation involves inherent risks. Nottingham Circus Arts takes reasonable steps to manage these risks through appropriate instruction, supervision, equipment, risk assessment and safe working practices.
Participants must follow instructor guidance and safety instructions at all times and use equipment only as directed or authorised.
Participants should not attempt skills, use equipment or work at a height beyond what has been approved by their instructor.
We may adapt, restrict or stop participation in an activity where we reasonably believe this is necessary to protect the safety or welfare of the participant or others.
Participants, or their parent/carer where appropriate, are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about medical conditions, injuries, medication, allergies or other circumstances that may affect safe participation.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Everyone attending Nottingham Circus Arts is expected to behave in a way that supports a safe, welcoming and respectful environment.
Participants, parents, carers and visitors must treat other students, staff, volunteers and visitors with respect and follow reasonable instructions given by Nottingham Circus Arts staff.
Bullying, harassment, discrimination, threatening or abusive behaviour, deliberate misuse of equipment, or behaviour that places another person at risk will not be accepted.
Where behaviour creates a significant safety, safeguarding or welfare concern, Nottingham Circus Arts may require an individual to stop participating or leave the premises.
Where appropriate, we will aim to address concerns constructively and consider individual circumstances, age, additional needs and safeguarding considerations before deciding what action is appropriate.
Parents and carers are responsible for ensuring that information provided about a child or young person is accurate and kept up to date, including emergency contact, medical, additional needs and authorised collection information.
Children and young people must be dropped off, collected and supervised in accordance with the arrangements for the particular session.
Where a session allows or requires parents or carers to remain on site, adults are expected to follow staff instructions and help us maintain a safe and appropriate environment.
Parents and carers must not use, adjust or interfere with circus equipment unless specifically invited or instructed to do so by a Nottingham Circus Arts instructor.
If someone other than the usual parent or carer will collect a child, any required collection arrangements or authorisation must be provided in accordance with our procedures.
Nottingham Circus Arts may contact a parent, carer or emergency contact where this is reasonably necessary for a participant's safety, welfare or participation.
We aim to provide all advertised classes, courses, workshops and events as planned. Occasionally, circumstances may require us to change an instructor, timetable, activity or other element of a session.
Where Nottingham Circus Arts needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the arrangements set out in our Bookings, Cancellations & Booking Changes Policy will apply.
There may also be circumstances outside our reasonable control that affect our ability to provide an activity as planned, including severe weather, emergencies, venue or utility problems, government restrictions or other unexpected events.
Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to communicate with affected customers and minimise disruption. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Photography and video may be taken during Nottingham Circus Arts activities where the appropriate permission has been provided.
We maintain photography and video permissions and will take reasonable steps to ensure that images are used only in accordance with the permissions provided.
Participants, parents and carers should also respect the privacy of others when taking their own photographs or recordings and must follow any instructions given by Nottingham Circus Arts regarding photography or filming during activities.
CCTV operates within our premises for safety, security and safeguarding purposes. Further information about CCTV and how recordings are handled can be found in the Privacy & Data Protection section of this page.
Participants and visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings while attending Nottingham Circus Arts.
Please avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to sessions. Nottingham Circus Arts cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings unless this results from something for which we are legally responsible.
Any damage caused deliberately or through serious misuse of Nottingham Circus Arts premises or equipment may be addressed with the person responsible or, where appropriate, their parent or carer.
Please tell a member of staff promptly if you notice damaged equipment or anything within the premises that you believe may present a safety risk.
We take reasonable care to ensure that information published on our website, including class descriptions, times and prices, is accurate and up to date.
From time to time, information may need to be corrected or updated. Classes, instructors, timetables, activities and availability may also change.

Nottingham Circus Arts operates an Adult Rewards Programme for eligible adult classes and private tuition.
Participants receive one star for each eligible paid session attended. Stars are awarded for attendance and have no cash value. Stars cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold or redeemed for cash.
Rewards are issued when the stated milestone is reached. Rewards, including clothing sizes, styles, merchandise and other physical items, are subject to availability. Where a particular reward or item is unavailable, Nottingham Circus Arts may offer a reasonable alternative of similar nature or value.
Free-class and Bring a Friend rewards apply to eligible regular adult sessions and are subject to class availability, capacity, suitability and normal booking requirements. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used retrospectively against an existing booking.
Nottingham Circus Arts reserves the right to amend, replace, suspend or withdraw the Adult Rewards Programme, its rewards, qualifying activities or future milestones where reasonably necessary. Where practical, reasonable notice of significant changes will be provided. Rewards already earned before a change or withdrawal will be honoured, subject to these terms and reasonable availability.
Nottingham Circus Arts may refuse, remove or correct stars or rewards where they have been issued in error, obtained fraudulently, duplicated or otherwise awarded contrary to the terms of the programme.

Nottingham Circus Arts may run seasonal prize draws throughout the year. Entry opportunities may be offered through a range of Nottingham Circus Arts activities and promotions, including Adult Rewards, youth recognition awards, social media promotions, special events and other promotional activities.
A purchase is not necessary to enter. A free entry opportunity will be available for each draw and will be promoted alongside other entry methods. Free entries and entries earned through Nottingham Circus Arts activities or promotions will have an equal chance of winning.
Where an Adult Rewards card is used as an entry method, each completed 25-star card earns one entry into the applicable draw. This is in addition to any milestone reward earned through the Adult Rewards Programme.
Other promotional entry opportunities may vary between draws. The qualifying activity and number of entries awarded will be clearly stated when each promotion is advertised.
Each seasonal draw will have its own published opening and closing dates, prize details, eligibility requirements and free-entry instructions. These details will be made available before entry.
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received for that draw and contacted using the contact details available to Nottingham Circus Arts or through the relevant promotional channel.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless Nottingham Circus Arts expressly states otherwise.
Nottingham Circus Arts reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend a draw where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will be handled fairly and, where appropriate, communicated to participants.
Nottingham Circus Arts reserves the right to reject entries that are fraudulent, duplicated contrary to the applicable promotion rules, incorrectly submitted or otherwise do not meet the stated entry requirements.
Our Winter 2026 Seasonal Prize Draw will close at 6:00pm on Saturday 19 December 2026, with the winner selected at random at the end of our Adult Christmas Showcase that evening.
The Prize
One winner will receive a 60-minute Standard Private Circus Session plus a Nottingham Circus Arts Goodie Pack.
The private session will be tailored to an appropriate circus discipline and ability level. The instructor will be selected by Nottingham Circus Arts and the session will be arranged at a mutually suitable time, subject to instructor, equipment and studio availability.
The contents of the Goodie Pack will be selected by Nottingham Circus Arts and may vary depending on availability.
The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within six months of the winner being notified.
Who Can Enter
The draw is open to current Nottingham Circus Arts students, participants and members of the Nottingham Circus Arts community who meet the requirements of an available entry route.
Entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If an entrant under 18 wins, Nottingham Circus Arts will communicate with their parent or legal guardian regarding the prize.
How to Enter
Entries may be earned through qualifying Nottingham Circus Arts activities and promotions during the promotional period. These may include completed Adult Rewards cards, youth recognition awards, selected social media promotions and other advertised Nottingham Circus Arts promotional activities.
There is no overall limit to the number of valid entries a person may receive, although individual promotions may have their own qualifying requirements.
No purchase is necessary to enter. A free entry route is available for the Winter 2026 draw. Free entries have the same chance of winning as entries received through any other qualifying route.
Closing Date & Draw
Entries for the Winter 2026 Seasonal Prize Draw close at 6:00pm on Saturday 19 December 2026.
The winner will be selected at random at the end of the Nottingham Circus Arts Adult Christmas Showcase on Saturday 19 December 2026. The draw will be conducted fairly and at random under the supervision of an independent person.
The winner does not need to be present at the showcase to win.
Winner Notification
If the winner is present, they may be announced at the event. Nottingham Circus Arts will also contact the winner using the contact details associated with their entry.
If the winner is under 18, all arrangements relating to the prize will be made through their parent or legal guardian.
We will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, Nottingham Circus Arts reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
Nottingham Circus Arts will retain an appropriate record of the draw to demonstrate that the winner was selected fairly and at random.
