Service Description

Bend. Balance. Build strength. Take your floor skills further. 🤸✨ A 75-minute session dedicated to acrobatics, balance, flexibility and strength, giving young people more time to develop the floor-based skills that underpin so much of circus training. With a maximum of just 5 students, everyone gets plenty of individual coaching, focused feedback and dedicated time to develop their skills and work towards their own goals. Work on acro skills, handstands, balances, flexibility, conditioning, partner work and progressions, developing the strength, control, mobility and technique needed to take skills further. Students can work towards their own goals — whether that's improving a handstand, developing deeper and more controlled flexibility, building stronger acro foundations or progressing towards more challenging tricks and balances. Training is adapted to the individual, allowing students with different strengths and experience to develop at their own level and continue challenging themselves.
